    1. Cần tuyển Đầu Bếp/Cook:

    Job Description:
    A Cook works under the Section Chef's instructions in preparing and cooking menu items provided to customers. He/she is also responsible for keeping the workplace clean.
    • Provide customer-oriented services according to company policies.
    - Maintain a customer-first attitude at all times.
    - Predict customer demands and always put customers first.
    - Respond to customer requests promptly and precisely.
    - Maintain a high level of knowledge which surpasses the experiences and knowledge of customers.
    - Provide optimal on-site solutions to customer complaints.
    - Respond immediately to any menu-related problems in customer service.
    • Provide optical on-site solutions to any customer complaints.
    • Maintain a perfect knowledge of services provided by the hotel in dealing with customers.
    • Always share information with other employees regarding services and restaurant menus in the hotel industry.
    • Carry out duties in such a way that menu items and services are provided smoothly.
    • Keep informed of customer service standards and act accordingly.
    • Provide a predictable and standardized service as bare minimum.
    We are looking for Cook for Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, Banquet kit, Cold kit, Butchery and Bakery.
    • Chef is responsible of upholding hygiene standard and responsible of waste control
    Job Requirements
    - Education: Relevant bachelor's degree or higher preferred
    - Experience: Major in culinary arts from college or university or higher
    - Credentials: Culinary certificate a must. Advanced culinary certificate preferred.
    - Must speak English fluent enough to be able to deal with customers and present menu
    - Must possess general knowledge of the food and culture of a given field
    - Must be a good communicator. Must be able to manage personnel well.
    - Must show basic computer proficiency such as with MS Office
    - Must demonstrate an accurate understanding of how to calculate and manage cost
    - Must demonstrate an understanding of, and skills to use, kitchen facility, utility, equipment and kitchenware
    - Must know applicable laws regarding food safety and general kitchen operation

    2. Tổ trưởng nhà hàng:

    Mô tả công việc:
    - Quán xuyến mọi công việc bên ngoài nhà hàng
    - Xếp lịch làm việc theo ca cho nhân viên
    - Phân công và sắp xếp công việc cho nhân viên
    - Giải quyết những thắc mắc của nhân viên trong giới hạn trách nhiệm
    - Các công việc khác theo sự hướng dẫn của quản lý

    Yêu cầu công việc:

    - Có khả năng quản lý và có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

    Yêu cầu khác:
    - Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm tổ trưởng trong nhà hàng
    - Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm cơ bản : Words,Excell...
    - Nhiệt tình nhanh nhẹn trong công việc ,chịu được áp lực với công việc

    3. Waiter/Waitress:

    Working hours/Salary:
    - Full time: 4PM-12PM (every day, Sunday Off)
    Salary: Negorciable

    Job Descriptions:- Discuss more when interviewed.
    1. Knowledge:
    - Knowledge of the proper etiquettes and service standard
    - Knowledge of international wine
    - Basic math skills
    - Prior experience working as a waiter/waitress
    - Prior experience in wine service skills
    - Good English and communications skills are required
    2. Skills/aptitudes:
    - Have a good attitude toward working, have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
    - Have team spirit
    - Informative, persuasive and influential in aiding customers
    - Careful, meticulous, passionate and devoted
    - Outstanding customer service skills
    - Passionate
    - Social and people oriented

    Requirements:- Communicate in English is required
    - Hospitality experience is necessary.
    - Interested in wine.
    - Careful, honesty and reliable
    - Flexible, open-minded, devoted, willing to work after normal working hour

    - Meal, parking lot, tip, service charge
    - Social insurance, medical insurance.
